Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kadran (“Kadran”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use kadran.ir, app.kadran.ir, and related services.

Kadran is a platform that lets organizations hire AI employees for work such as content creation, customer support, and data analysis. Users may connect third-party accounts — including Google Analytics and Google Search Console — so those AI employees can read the data you authorize and produce reports inside Kadran.

1. Who we are

The Kadran service is provided at kadran.ir (marketing site) and app.kadran.ir (application). For privacy questions, email hello@kadran.ir.

2. Information we collect

Account and organization data

• Name, email address, and authentication details
• Organization profile, brand settings, members, and roles
• Content you upload, including knowledge-base documents, media, chat, and support tickets
• Product usage, technical logs, and device or browser information needed to operate the service

Billing

If you subscribe, payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment-card numbers on Kadran servers.

3. Google user data

If you connect a Google account from Kadran, we request access so your organization’s AI employees can read the Google properties you choose. We request:

• Google Analytics (read-only) — https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly — to read GA4 property metrics and generate analysis and reports in Kadran.
• Google Search Console (read-only) — https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly — to read Search Console performance data and generate search insights in Kadran.
• Basic account identifiers (openid, email) to identify the connected Google account.

Kadran uses this Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you enable: connecting a GA4 property or Search Console site, running the related AI employee workflows, and showing reports to members of your organization. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used to call Google APIs on your behalf.

Limited Use. Kadran’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not:

• sell Google user data;
• use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized ads, or ad measurement;
• use Google user data to train generalized AI or ML models;
• allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us permission, it is necessary for security or legal compliance, or the data is aggregated and no longer associated with an identifiable user.

You can disconnect Google at any time in Kadran (Dashboard → Settings → Connections) and revoke access in your Google Account permissions. After disconnect, we stop new Google API calls and delete or invalidate stored Google tokens.

4. Other connected services

You may also connect WordPress, Meta (Instagram, Facebook Pages, WhatsApp), and similar tools. We store credentials and tokens encrypted and use them only to perform the actions you authorize (for example publishing content or sending messages). Those providers’ own terms and privacy policies also apply.

5. How we use information

• To create and operate your account and organization
• To run AI employees, workflows, knowledge search, messaging, and support
• To process subscriptions and invoices
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law
• To send service, billing, and support messages

6. Sharing

We share information with processors who help us run Kadran — such as hosting, object storage, email, payment, and AI model providers — only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account and connection data while your organization uses Kadran, and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing hello@kadran.ir, or through in-app organization/account deletion where available.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest for credentials, OAuth tokens, and other sensitive records, together with access controls and least-privilege processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices

• Access or update organization and profile data in the Kadran app
• Disconnect third-party integrations, including Google
• Request access, correction, or deletion at hello@kadran.ir

10. Children

Kadran is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International processing

We may process data in Iran and in other countries where our infrastructure or processors operate. By using Kadran you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes will be posted on this page or notified through the service.
